Online application
In our job search, you will find numerous open positions as well as a link to the online application form. A complete application includes a resume, references from your last employers, and your degree certificates. Ideally, please upload your documents in PDF format. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your application has been received by us.

First
meeting
We invite you to a first meeting either on-site or via Teams. We would like to learn more about you: your experiences, skills, and interests, while also giving you an insight into our company culture. During the conversation, we will introduce you to REMSGOLD in more detail. You will receive information about our values, projects, and the team you may potentially work with. The introductory meeting usually lasts about 30 to 60 minutes.

interview
After the first meeting, we invite you to a follow-up interview. In the interview, we will ask targeted questions to evaluate your technical skills as well as your soft skills. We want to understand what approaches you take to solve challenges. After the interview, you will receive feedback from us in a timely manner. Regardless of the outcome, we want to ensure that you can take valuable information away from the conversation.

Decision

If you successfully complete all stages of our selection process, we would like to extend an offer to you.

Contract signing
You will receive a written offer that includes all relevant information about your position, salary, working hours, and other conditions and benefits. We take the time to ensure that all details are clear and transparent—either over the phone or in another conversation. Before you sign the contract, you will have the opportunity to clarify any outstanding questions. Our team is always available to assist you.
